How long will delivery take?

You can choose: Next day or 1-3 days, depending on where you live. Remember that we can only deliver during weekdays and that you need to complete payment of your order before 13:30 for next day deliveries.

How much does delivery cost?

Our Standard Delivery rates are: 
R86.84 (excl.) for MDS courier delivery. (next day service for main cities and 72 hours for all other areas)
The above rates are for 24-72 Hour delivery by courier (excludes weekends).

For next day deliveries your order should be placed and paid for by 1:30pm in order to give our couriers enough time to collect your parcels for next day delivery.

We normally only deliver during weekdays however Saturday deliveries may be arranged by contacting us but please note that there will be additional delivery costs (Call us on 021 5107936 to arrange weekend delivery).

Do you have a physical shop? 

Yes and no. We are an online shop and do not carry stock at our Cape Town processing centre. If you prefer to see a friendly face and get some advice, pop in to our Cape Town office.

How do I know if you have my item in stock?

Daily stock levels are checked when orders are processed. If your item is not in stock we will contact you immediately to discuss alternatives or a refund.

Why should I create an account and log in before I can make a purchase?

You don’t have to create an account. You can simply order as a guest however if you do create an account it allows for easier checkouts. When logged in, you can also view your order history, set up different delivery addresses and track the progress of your orders.

I forgot my password, what now?

Go to the log in page and click: forgotten password. Enter your email address and we will send you a temporary password. Once this has been entered, you can go to the My Account section and change your password back to something easier to remember.

I have a new credit / debit card, how do I amend my online card details?

For your security, we do not keep card details. You will enter your credit or debit card details every time you place an order.

Am I able to amend my order once it has been submitted?

Yes, you can but you will need to call us immediately. Once ‘submit order’ has been clicked, your order is sent for processing. You are not able to amend the order yourself by logging into the website.  

How do I return an item?

How do I go about returning faulty items?

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, either call customer service on 0722 910 310 . Please also refer to the Returns section of our Terms and Conditions.  

Can you deliver to different address?

Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter the delivery address details on the address page of the Checkout section.

Can I track or see the status of my order?

Yes. Once our team has processed your order, you will receive an email confirming the order, the courier used and delivery details. You will also receive a tracking number which you can use on the designated courier website. Alternatively you can log back into the BOMAN website and view the status of your order there.

Can I collect my order from your shop?

Some items can be collected from our Cape Town office by prior arrangement. Other items are sent by courier from our warehouses across the country and will be delivered to your door.

How safe is it to buy online from BOMAN? How secure is your website?

Yes, your card details are safe. All credit card transactions take place on a secure page (your address bar will appear green) and no credit card details are stored.
